Last week, Matt took some time off & I was trying to think of some ways to make it feel, "vacation-y." Of course, he spent lots of time on the golf course and tennis court. This is the year we finally feel comfortable making some much needed home improvements, so vacations are off the list. We're big fans of "stay-cations" anyway.
On the spur of the moment, we decided to dine at Corbett's. I enjoy noticing the details of this amazing restaurant, such as this beautiful table setting.
As always, Dev thoroughly enjoys her meals at Corbett's. She cleans her plate, with hopes of a chocolate dessert:) Then, we always take some time to search for the ghost that may haunt the old farm house.
I think we may have a sighting.
We also decided to explore the Waterfront Derby Festival for the first time. Let's just say, there were plenty of food options at the festival. Absolutely none were healthy choices, but hey.
We passed up Taco in a Bag.
Matt and I tried Gyros, which were pretty good. (not great)
Finally, it was time for RIDES!!!! We enjoyed the waterfront festival, for sure and will be back next year.

She looks a lot like Matt in these shots! I'm especially glad y'all didn't go for a taco in a bag before hitting the Scrambler.
